Add support for LockLogin plugin
This version changes installation instruction to match with new mysql installation format, and also makes the plugin not remove email, password and other azuriom-shared columns when uninstalling the plugin.
Removed unused files and folders
This version update contains setup modifications to match new LockLogin 188.8.131.52 configuration, which includes Argon2i and Argon2id support
First plugin release, containing the basic:
- Tables transformation to make them compatible with LockLogin
- Sync LockLogin tables when an user logs in
- Sync Azuriom tables when an user sets his emails so he will be marked as "registered" ( requres LockLoginMailer module )
