Adjustments to ensure the extension is accepted

The PunishmentX extension is finally available on Azuriom!

Be sure to link the database in the PunishmentX plugin's configuration using the database details you provided in your config.yml file.

Changelog :

Azuriom v1.x compatibility: Correctly registered the ServiceProvider in the plugin.json file to prevent the extension from being marked as “Legacy”. Full translation system: Replaced all static text with Azuriom's translation system (resources/lang), with native support for English and French (in accordance with Market guidelines). Updated prerequisites: The extension now requires Azuriom version 1.2.10 or higher. Description correction: Updated the official description.
